The Assistant Manager of Education Programs will support the planning and implementation of Binaytara’s educational initiatives, including accredited continuing education activities for healthcare providers serving cancer patients. This position reports to and will work alongside the Director of Education Programs and Logistics and the education team to coordinate the education programs, collaborate on logistical aspects of events, facilitate communication with faculty, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000
Travel Requirement: This position requires travel to our conference/event sites in WA state or outside WA state which will include overnight stays.
Physical Ability: May be required to carry/lift/transport suitcases/bags/containers containing conference materials from/to the Binaytara office or another designated place to conferences sites. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required to load/off load those materials. Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
The Binaytara Education Academy: The team at the Binaytara Education Academy includes an education committee led by expert oncology providers in the US, the Medical Education Director, the Director of Education Programs and Logistics, the Assistant Managers of Education Programs, Continuing Education Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators, and hundreds of faculties from institutions across the country and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Program Management:
- Assist in the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of national and regional accredited continuing education conferences, OncoBlast games, and other educational initiatives.
- Support with managing compliance with ACCME, ACPE, and CE accreditation requirements, including needs assessments, gap analyses, learning objectives, outcomes measurement, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, faculty, and accrediting bodies to ensure program integrity, quality, and adherence to standards for CME, CNE, and CPE.
- Assist in managing logistics for educational events and faculty engagement, including program development, speaker management, venue coordination, and post-event evaluation.
- Serve as a liaison between faculty, vendors, and internal teams to address logistical needs and event-related queries.
Team Management & Mentorship:
- Supervise a multidisciplinary education team including assistants, coordinators, and interns.
- Mentor interns and early-career staff, fostering professional development and alignment with organizational goals.
Administrative Support:
- Compile post-event reports, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement to enhance future educational initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive and well-organized records of all educational activities, including accreditation documentation, participant data, and program outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, education, public health, or healthcare administration.
- 5-7 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or healthcare education.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms and project management tools is preferred.
